D71 Series Electrical Discharge Die Sinking Machine
- Generous capacity - 650*400mm table, 400*300mm XY travel, 250+250mm Z travel. Work tank 1050*630*410mm handles 750kg workpieces and 70kg electrodes.
- Fast material removal - Up to 400 mm³/min roughing rate. Reduces total cycle time.
- Ultra-fine finish - Surface finish down to Ra ≤0.3µm (Ra 0.1µm achievable). Eliminates most polishing.
- Low electrode wear - Only 0.08% - 0.3% electrode consumption. Cuts tooling costs.
- MOSFET discharge circuit - Stable, anti-interference. Supports deep holes, blind holes, side faces, and large areas.
- Automatic processing - Enter depth, built-in expert database selects roughing to finishing parameters. Multi-step finish (up to 10 levels) runs fully automatically.
- Smart safety - Infrared fire detection with auto power cutoff, anti-carbon buildup, auto slag discharge, and liquid level monitoring.
- Rigid build - P5 ball screws, HT250 resin-sand castings. Japan SANYO DC servo on Z axis.
