Modern DK7763 CNC Wire Cutting EDM Machine High Speed WEDM with Core PLC & Motor Components
Product Features
- Large work envelope - Worktable size 1140*750mm, XY travel 630*800mm. Ideal for oversized workpieces that smaller models cannot accommodate. Max cutting thickness 600-700mm, up to 1000kg load capacity.
- High cutting speed - Up to 150-200 mm²/min standard (optionally up to 350 mm²/min for rough cutting). Cuts fast while maintaining quality—regular continuous cutting runs at 170 mm²/min without sacrificing finish.
- Precision accuracy - Standard ≤0.02mm (GB7926-2005 certified); with linear guide upgrade, reaches 0.01mm. Straight-cut accuracy can go down to ±0.006mm on high-end configurations.
- Versatile taper cutting - Standard ±6° over 80mm thickness, easily expandable to ±15°, ±30°, or up to ±45° in optional configurations. Cuts complex tapers and angled geometries in a single setup.
- Superior surface finish - Single cut Ra≤2.5μm; multi-cut achieves Ra as low as 1.0-1.5μm. Reduces or eliminates secondary finishing operations.
- Heavy-duty construction - Resin sand cast iron bed with double aging heat treatment ensures minimal deformation and long-term stability under heavy loads. High-precision ball screws and steel linear guideways for smooth, accurate motion.
- Low operating cost - Power consumption <2KVA (as low as 1KW in energy-optimized versions). Uses economical molybdenum wire (Φ0.10-0.20mm). At regular cutting speed, wire wear is only 0.01mm per 500,000mm² of material processed. Resistorless design reduces heat and component failure.
- Smart CNC control - PC/104 industrial motherboard for stable operation. CAD file import via USB, real-time graphic tracking, power-out memory, short-circuit recovery, wire-break protection, and auto-stop.
- Cuts any conductive metal - Hardened steel, carbide, titanium, stainless steel, superalloys. No cutting force means zero mechanical stress on thin walls or delicate components.
